Location: The luxury resort Paradisus Playa del Carmen is located directly on the white sandy beach, surrounded by lush tropical mangroves. Family Concierge Junior Suite Nature View: Equipped like the Junior Suites and additionally with access to the Nikte area.

Note: In Mexico, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With a occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information: During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be observed due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often noted in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate a slight noise level.
