Are you studying or interested in computer science and want to experience the latest technology in practice? Do you already have IT user support experience and are looking for a full-time job? Either way, you can join our team of IT specialists.

Your responsibilities

• Employee technical support,
• First level support for inhouse application,
• Endpoint device management,
• Branch office maintenance,
• Collaboration on administrator's tasks,
• Management, maintenance and configuration of IT environment – Entra ID, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), PBX, Intune, Azure services,
• Management, maintenance and configuration of IT infrastructure – network, hardware, server OS and applications
• Participation in designing and deploying new services and technologies,
• Provisioning, configuration and distribution of IT hardware,
• IT inventory and stock audits,
• Documentation of all systems, applications, services and processes,
• consulting function for team Office Management and end users,
• Onboarding trainings, offboarding process (included in Employee support).

Our requirements

• Min. High school education with a high school diploma,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and hardware,
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols,
• Experience using Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office online),
• English at a communicative level (B2).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other operation systems (Apple, Linux)
• Knowledeg of Microsoft Intune
