This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and evolving our strategic Supply Nexus platform, which serves as the backbone for our DACH and CEE operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our platform consolidation initiative while ensuring seamless service delivery to our growing customer base across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Supply Nexus platform, including the group-level search engine

• Perform basic DevOps tasks such as CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment configuration, and cloud resource optimization for services

• Monitor and improve platform performance, ensuring scalability and reliability

• Maintain and enhance platform observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions

• Collaborate with development and product teams to align technical solutions with business requirements

• Design and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions using the GO programming language

• Support API integrations for all our entities, including improvements to existing integrations and development of new ones

• Contribute to platform consolidation efforts to reduce costs and improve long-term maintainability

Our requirements

• Min. 5 years professional experience as a software developer, including min. 3 years experience with GoLang

• Experience with distributed systems

• Experience with multiple architecture types

• Knowledge of data structures

• Experience with relational databases

• Practical experience with REST API, gRPC

• Strong communication skills in English (min. C1) - work in an international team

• Very good collaboration and problem solving skills

• CI/CD pipelines basics

• Experience with full software delivery lifecycle (from analysis to production support)

Nice to have:

• Cloud resource optimization knowledge

• Practical Kubernetes knowledge

• Redis (or similar solution)

• Kibana, Grafana, DataDog

• Demonstrated experience in performance optimization and tuning of high-traffic platforms

• Communication skills in German
